Replace Annex II of REACH (Reg. 453/2010).
Applicable from 1° June 2015
For products already on the market is not necessary to replace SDS to conform to this Regulation until 1° June 2017.
Modalities of preparation of the SDS.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication.
Compulsory implementation:
- since 1° December 2010 for suppliers of substances;
- since 1° June 2015 for suppliers of mixtures.

The directive extends the scope of Directive 2004/37 / EC on the protection of workers against the risks deriving from exposure to carcinogens or mutagens at work, also including toxic agents for reproduction.
A list of substances is inserted for which a new OEL is established.
