The REACH Regulation prescribes the obligation to provide the SDS of a dangerous substance or mixture to recipients of the goods, if professional users.
The obligation also applies to products that are not dangerous but contain dangerous substances.

Main functions
Both software products EPYdocument-plus (connected to EPYplus) and EPY.Delivery (connected to EPY.Storage) allow two types of automation:- Automatic deployment when the revision number of an SDS changes The software can detect changes that cause a safety data sheet to be revised.Whenever there is a revised SDS, the software is able to identify all the customers who have purchased the product in the last 12 months, prepares the emails, each of which contains the SDS in the customer’s language, and sends them.
- Automatic distribution when shipping the goods When preparing the transport document, the system is able to evaluate whether the customer is purchasing a certain product for the first time, whether he has the updated SDS or not. Consequently it is able to identify if and which SDSs should be sent to that customer.
